Ordered Sony WH1000XM5 silver for same day delivery, black color was delivered instead. Manage to contact METAPOD and they immediately get someone to exchange the color to silver on the same day! Within a few hours after I contacted them. Really very impressed with their excellent customer service and fast respond time! Will definitely buy from METAPOD again!!
