Totally 5.0/5.0 score for customer service. Accidentally selected the wrong color for the product initially. Contacted customer service during weekend timing, but still got fast and responsive replies from them. Kudos to the friendly assistance rendered. Will totally check out the store again for any other products in future!
Made my first purchase since it appeared on the Grab app. I was hesitant to make the purchase but eventually did. They mentioned that the item will be delivered within or in 48 hours, true to their word, they did. I'll definitely purchase from their online shop again.

The customer service is unparalleled. Joel managed to arrange a super expedited delivery for the product on short notice- and kept me updated throughout via Insta chats. I was in Singapore just for an evening- and Joel managed a less than 24 hour lead time delivery to my Hotel through his team. Reliable and dependable service. I am a happy customer.
