Totally 5.0/5.0 score for customer service. Accidentally selected the wrong color for the product initially. Contacted customer service during weekend timing, but still got fast and responsive replies from them. Kudos to the friendly assistance rendered. Made my first purchase since it appeared on the Grab app. I was hesitant to make the purchase but eventually did. They mentioned that the item will be delivered within or in 48 hours, true to their word, they did. I'll definitely purchase from their online shop again.
