  • SwitchBot Contact Sensor can do more than just detect open and closed windows and doors, making your house much smarter and safer.
  • If a suspicious individual enters the house while you are away, your phone will receive a door-open alert notification. Alexa will activate a voice alarm to stop potential intruders, safeguarding the safety of your home.
  • Contact Sensor will know if you are leaving or returning home thanks to the built-in motion sensor, allowing you to trigger the different actions you select in the SwitchBot app's "Scene." When it detects you leaving the house, the appliances will switch off, and when it detects you returning, the appliances will turn on.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery Schedule
1. 48-hour delivery - Free for all orders
• For any order confirmed before 4pm, delivery will be scheduled for next working day between 9am to 9pm, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
• For any order confirmed after 4pm, delivery will be scheduled for the day after the next working day, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

2. Same-day delivery - S$35 per order, including Sat/Sun/PH
• For any order confirmed before 4pm, delivery will be scheduled for the same day between 5pm to 9pm, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
• For any order confirmed after 4pm, delivery will be scheduled for the next day between 9am to 9pm, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Cancellations
• If you change your mind with your purchase and have yet to open the packaging of the product, you may request for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns of opened packages are strictly not allowed, except if the product has a manufacturing defect. All returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging, labels and tags intact.

• You may cancel your order anytime before the it is shipped and a full refund will be issued to your original mode of payment.
