Delivery Schedule
1. 48-hour delivery - Free for all orders
• For any order confirmed before 4pm, delivery will be scheduled for next working day between 9am to 9pm, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
• For any order confirmed after 4pm, delivery will be scheduled for the day after the next working day, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

2. Same-day delivery - S$35 per order, including Sat/Sun/PH
• For any order confirmed before 4pm, delivery will be scheduled for the same day between 5pm to 9pm, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
• For any order confirmed after 4pm, delivery will be scheduled for the next day between 9am to 9pm, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Cancellations
• If you change your mind with your purchase and have yet to open the packaging of the product, you may request for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns of opened packages are strictly not allowed, except if the product has a manufacturing defect. All returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging, labels and tags intact.

• You may cancel your order anytime before the it is shipped and a full refund will be issued to your original mode of payment.

Products From Official Brand Partners
All products are subjected to the warranty given by the official brand owner or their authorized agent in Singapore, usually 12 months from the date of purchase.

Products Imported
In the case that the product sold is imported, METAPOD.com will provide the same warranty as the brand or their authorized agent, usually for a duration of 12 months from the date of purchase.
