| 4. Receive Your Order | Your package will be delivered to your door between 4:00pm and 9:00pm on the same day (weekends included). |
Delivery Exceptions & Important Notes
Please note the following exceptions to our guaranteed Same Day Delivery service:
- There are no deliveries on Singapore public holidays.
- During sales periods, major local events (e.g. F1 Grand Prix) and force majeure events (such as extreme weather conditions), deliveries may take a little longer than the standard 9:00pm cutoff.
