Warranty Policy
We provide a 7 day, 1-to-1 replacement warranty against manufacturing defects for all products sold through METAPOD.com.
No replacement will be given if the product is damaged due to improper use by the customer or tampered with by someone who is not authorized by us.
Products From Official Brand Partners
All products are subjected to the warranty given by the official brand owner or their authorized agent in Singapore, usually 12 months from the date of purchase. The 1-to-1 replacement warranty does not apply after the 7 days period.
Products Imported
In the case that product sold is imported, METAPOD.com will provide the same warranty as the brand or their authorized agent, usually for a duration of 12 months from the date of purchase. The 1-to-1 replacement warranty does not apply after the 7 days period.
