1. 48-hour delivery - Free for all orders
• For any order confirmed before 4pm, delivery will be scheduled for next working day between 9am to 9pm, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
• For any order confirmed after 4pm, delivery will be scheduled for the day after the next working day, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

2. Same-day delivery - S$35 per order, including Sat/Sun/PH
• For any order confirmed before 4pm, delivery will be scheduled for the same day between 5pm to 9pm, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
• For any order confirmed after 4pm, delivery will be scheduled for the next day between 9am to 9pm, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Cancellations
• If you change your mind with your purchase and have yet to open the packaging of the product, you may request for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns of opened packages are strictly not allowed, except if the product has a manufacturing defect.
