After validating the results in a diverse set of ears, the final design was 27% smaller and 24% lighter than our previous Pixel Buds Pro, shaped to gently and securely fit a wide variety of ears.
How does Active Noise Cancellation with Silent Seal 2.0 cancel twice as much noise?
Pixel Buds Pro 2 come with the first Tensor chip in an earbud. Google Tensor A1 was designed to process audio ultra fast – 90 times faster than the speed of sound. That speed is used to rapidly understand and cancel incoming noise before it would hit your ear.
With Silent Seal™ 2.0, Pixel Buds Pro 2 adapt to your environment up to three million times per second. This package of silicon, audio hardware and advanced algorithms allows us to cancel up to twice as much noise as before, through a wider range of frequencies.
How do I set up and wear my Pixel Buds Pro 2?
Gently insert your earbud into the ear. After inserting each earbud, slightly rotate it back and forth until it comfortably stays in place when you move your head.
Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with extra small, small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique, so your left ear may be different from your right ear. We recommend that you try at least two different sizes for each ear to find the best fit.
