Which finger should the ring be worn for detection? Are there any specific requirements?

• • The smart ring should be worn on either the index, middle, or ring finger of either the left or right hand. It is important that the ring fits securely and provides a comfortable experience around the base of your chosen finger

Does wearing the ring on different fingers result in data deviation in detection?

• • Irrespective of whether the ring is positioned on the index, middle, or ring finger, the collected data remains remarkably consistent. The precision of this data is typically influenced by variables including the ring’s fit, the density of finger hair, an individual’s skin tone, and other pertinent factors

If the raised position of the ring is not aligned with the underside of the finger, will the detected data be accurate?

• • Ensure the two protrusions of the ring are placed against the base of your finger. If the ring undergoes rotation, the detected data is essentially free from deviation when the rotation angle is within 30 degrees. We recommend that you choose the most suitable ring size to prevent frequent rotation of the ring, which could result in data deviation

Can you wear your RingConn smart ring while working out?

• • Yes, you can wear your RingConn smart ring throughout all your workouts and movement routines. RingConn can automatically detect and track your daily steps, calories burned, standing hours, and overall activity intensity throughout the day.

If the charging case is lost, is it possible to repurchase one without having to purchase a ring?

• • Currently, the charging case is not sold separately. You can choose to purchase the charging dock, which is compatible with rings of any size, enabling you to charge your ring whenever and wherever you prefer

Can RingConn sync with other apps?

• • RingConn offers the ability to sync your data with several third-party apps, such as Apple Health and Google Fit

Is the RingConn smart ring waterproof?

• • The RingConn Smart Ring is IP68 rated waterproof up to 165 feet (50 meters), allowing for uninterrupted health monitoringwhile swimming, showering, handwashing, sweating, etc

Can you wear your RingConn smart ring only at night?

• • Yes. However, you may miss out on important activity data that plays a role in determining your overall scores. As a result, your experience with RingConn might feel incomplete. To ensure the highest level of accuracy and personalization, we recommend that all RingConn members wear their rings at all times

Can the ring's Bluetooth be turned off & still store Bluetooth to sync later?

• • The RingConn smart ring utilizes Bluetooth connectivity for transmitting and synchronizing data. It also has the ability to temporarily store data for subsequent synchronization in case Bluetooth is deactivated. Nonetheless, please note that the ring can retain monitoring data offline for up to 7 days only. To ensure seamless data synchronization, we advise you to establish a Bluetooth connection between the ring and your phone within this 7-day window and synchronize the data to the app
