Great customer service , XM5 is a great performer and better in comfort compared to the cheaper range. The NC is superb. Good sound cancellation for when commuting by train. Sound quality is good, but gets better if you download Sony's app! Thanks for the advice!

These headphones are amazing. The anc cancels out everything and the sound quality is like no other. Comfort is also great. The design is very sleek and minimalist.
