Great customer service!

This was going to be a four star review; on receiving the headset, it had a vertical line of dead pixels in the left side. A rare manufacturing defect.
This was genuinely annoying, as I was flying out home to Sri Lanka the next day. What made it a five star review was Jeremy from Metapod - who not only helped me get a replacement, but actually accompanied me to the distributor’s office so that we could get this whole thing done before I had to fly out. The distributor assured us that they would report the problem to Pico so that they could fix the issue in the future. Exceptional work, folks. And the new headset is indeed a five-star for PCVR.

Lighter than Oculus!

This Pico is much lighter than the Oculus. In terms of interface and games actually quite similar. But better gaming experience due to the lighter weight.
